We went to view the local Memorial Day fireworks last night. The event usually attracts thousands of spectators, so we usually avoid the main viewing areas. Bob thought he knew a "secret spot" but, alas, there were a few other families there. The kids enjoyed the display, particularly since we were far enough away not to be bothered by the loud noises.
Afterwards, we posed for this photo next to a vintage gasoline pump near where we watched the fireworks.
